Operations Manager

Mark Colzani comes to Blue Arc Engineering with over 13 years of experience in the robotics and automation system industry. He started his career as a mechanical design engineer and was quickly given the opportunity to manage projects as a project engineer. This is where he found his true passion of developing partnerships and relationships with customers by focusing on providing robust automated solutions to solve their processing needs. He truly enjoys working with a team to take on a challenging and complex engineering project, proposing a top notch solution, developing a project plan, and then executing the plan. When he looks back on his career, the most rewarding moments came from successful project execution and, ultimately, making customers happy.

Prior to joining Blue Arc, Mark served as Vice President of Technical Sales and Marketing for Sagarus Robotics and Director of Technical Operations for Robotic Vision Systems, Inc. (RVSI). He now is excited joining Blue Arc and having the opportunity to share his experience with the Blue Arc team in their continuing goal of providing superior quality automated solutions and customer support.

Mark resides in Fishers, Indiana, with his wife, Rani, and their two children Joshua and Milan. The Colzani family enjoys spending time together being active outdoors, playing street hockey, basketball and swimming. Mark’s hobbies include reading early American history, fishing, and when there is time he likes to get his hands on mechanical / electrical projects.
