Our customer needed their sheet metal part to rotate orientation 90 degrees for downstream value added processes. Our iron cross rotator would lift the part off the rollers, rotate, then lower the part back onto the rollers. The vertical actuation was with a guided pneumatic cylinder; the rotation was via an electric gearmotor drivetrain.
