Appliance Manufacturing - Sheet Metal Housing Inverter

The assembly process for an assembly line required inverting the sheet metal skin of a washing machine pedestal. Our machine had to extend horizontally over the conveyor, pick up the part with vacuum cups, rotate it 180 degrees (invert), then place back on the conveyor belt. Our design utilized precision linear bearings for the horizontal and vertical movements, ensuring accurate positioning and long life.
