The centering device we have developed utilizes simple mechanical principles to center different diameter and weight wheels on the same conveyor line. The wheels need to be centered for different operations such as quality control cameras or other automated processing. This simple yet effective design bolts to the bottom flange of the conveyor so it is easily added to existing systems.
