In many conveyor systems it is desirable to get to the other side of the conveyor. One method of achieving this is with conveyor gates. They come in a variety of styles based on the application and can have powered conveyor or gravity conveyor. Our standard models are listed below; we also get involved with special designs specific to your application. In general, Blue Arc prefers to avoid the use of springs to assist in lifting the gates. We utilize a counterbalance design to aid the operator in lifting the gates due to the simplicity of the design and minimal maintenance required.

Powered Roller Conveyor Gates
Powered roller conveyor gates are popular in distribution and warehousing applications in case handling conveyors. Their low profile nature and simple design make them easy to incorporate into your system.
Gravity Roller Conveyor Gates
Gravity roller gates allow for simple yet effective means of allowing an operator to pass through a conveyor line. They are typically sloped from the
infeed toward the discharge to allow gravity to do the hard work.
Traveling Spur Conveyor Gates
Traveling spur conveyor gates are popular in distribution centers in which you have a main line that operators are diverting product off of. It allows them to easily transfer boxes from the main line to a number of discharge lines that run perpendicular to the main line. They are easily moved to the appropriate discharge conveyor be the operator.

Fire Door Conveyor Gates
