The design of the linkage increases the lifting force where it is needed most near horizontal, and decreases as the gate is fully raised. Counterbalance also positively holds the conveyor in the upright position so you do not have to rely on latches or stops.

Powered Roller Conveyor Gate Specifications

Each zone has a 24 VDC powered roller.
Conveyor zone has a 24 VDC retroreflective photoeye that is incorporated into the design of the frame.
Rollers derive their power through o-ring drive.
Rollers are 1.9” x 16 ga double grooved, galvanized with 7/16” spring retained hex axle.
