Dense accumulation on steep declines can offer better system layout opportunities, particular in pack-out areas and shipping lanes. In addition, there is no concern with products gaining speed as they move down hill, due to the innovative closed loop speed control, exclusively offered by ZiPline for 24V powered conveyor.
ZiPline Spiral conveyor is a 24V zero pressure accumulating spiral with the ability to run on an incline or decline. Unique controls technology allows for dynamic zoning, slug release, and efficient closed-loop speed control. ZiPline Spiral utilizes distributed 24V drives activated by photoeyes, allowing it to run only when product is present. This provides a 40% energy reduction over standard conveyor.
