ZiPline Decline Conveyor- Zero Pressure Accumulation

Blue Arc Engineering is proud to announce ZiPline decline conveyor, the most cost-effective zero pressure decline conveyor available on the market. Dense accumulation on steep declines offers better system layout opportunities, particularly in pack-out areas and shipping lanes. In addition, there is no concern with products gaining speed as they move down hill, due to the innovative closed-loop speed control, exclusively offered by ZiPline for 24V powered conveyor.

  • Real time diagnostics, variable speed, force run/stop, direction, and zone control can be controlled through iPhone App, PC or PLC
  • Handles lightweight products, or as heavy as 75lbs on a 20° decline at 140 FPM
  • 40% energy reduction over a standard conveyor (based on 1/2 HP motor running continuously)
  • Extremely quiet operations, less than 58 db (60db = normal conversation)
  • Conveys very small (3" width x 4" length) to very large products simultaneously
  • Low profile 4" aluminum extruded side channels
  • Product jams and side-by-side products are eliminated with a premium belt surface
  • Exceptionally reliable and rated for over 10 years Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF)
  • Dynamic zoning capability
  • System installation and maintenance costs reduced by using same Ethernet IP for all supporting devices
