ZiPline Spiral Conveyor - Zero Pressure Accumulation
ZiPline Spiral conveyor is a 24V zero pressure accumulating spiral with the ability to run on an incline or decline. It's plug-and-play design provides quick and easy setup, while its unique controls tecnology allows for dynamic zoning, slug release, and efficient closed-loop speed control.
While most spiral conveyors use a continuous AC drive, ZiPline Spiral utilizes distributed 24V drives activated by photoeyes. This allows the conveyor to run only when product is present, which provides a 40% energy reduction over standard conveyor.
