Custom Conveyors
Blue Arc Engineering specializes in the design and fabrication of many custom conveyors to fit any application. Below is a list of many Custom Conveyors and solutions.
Types of Custom Conveyors

Activated Roller Belt (ARB) Conveyor
Activated Roller Belt (ARB) Conveyors use a plastic modular belt with inset rollers that have the capabilities to carry products along the width direction of the belt when activated. The rollers used in ARB technology can be degreed at 0, 30, 45,or 90 degrees depending on the application. ARB Conveyors can aid in many material handling applications.

Belt Conveyor
Belt Conveyors can be used to handle a wide variety of materials in many different applications including assembly line operations, sorting, packaging, and quality control inspections. Belt Conveyors are well suited for moving individual parts, trash, boxes, packages, bags, and many other containers. These systems can be suspended or floor supported.

Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor
Chain Driven Live Roller (CDLR) Conveyors are positively driven, live roller conveyors that are used to transport heavy materials, such as pallets. The positive drive feature in the CDLR conveyor allows for more controlled speed and transportation. Chain Dirven Live Roller (CDLR) Conveyors are also known to be used in the presence of oily parts and materials.

Drag Chain Conveyor
Drag chain conveyors are typically used for unit or pallet handling. This style of conveyor has many advantages over other styles of pallet handling conveyor. Drag Chain Conveyors have a simple design with fewer moving parts. Drag Chain Conveyors will convey pallets and loads that are not conveyable on roller conveyor.

Slat Conveyor
Slat conveyors are typically used in applications where the product needs a full surface to convey on, where typical roller or drag chain conveyor will not work. It is also widely used in manufacturing environments where special assembly fixtures can easily be added to the slats. We have standard designs for our slat conveyors, but are flexible to take your specific needs into account for your application.

Vertical Lifts
Vertical lifts can be used in a variety of industries. They are generally used to transport products from one elevation to one or more elevations. Vertical lifts can be designed with powered of non-powered roller carriages. Common items transported include wheels, gas tanks, and small totes.

Ball Transfer Tables
A Ball Transfer Table is a smooth and efficient means of transferring product between multiple conveyor lines, and is generally used when product needs to be positioned manually.
