  Powered Rotate Pallet Turntable

Over the years, Blue Arc Engineering has manufactured many different styles of powered rotate conveyor turntables. This particular model is for a pallet handling application in which pallets are being conveyed through a stretch wrap machine. Our low profile design allows for conveyors to be installed at ergonomic heights, reducing operator strain.  Our powered turntables are available in 90, 180, 270 and 360 degree rotation. We utilize a heavy duty bearing in the center that is driven by an electric motor to give us ultimate control over the speed and rotation of the load.

  Activated Roller Belt Switch

Recently, Blue Arc had the opportunity to employ our Activated Roller Belt (ARB) technology with this 1:2 switch for our customer in the dairy industry.

In this particular application, cases entered on one side of the conveyor. The product is either conveyed straight through or is diverted to the other discharge line on the right. Our switch worked perfectly for this project as we were working with a variety of different product sizes and weights. Our ARB 1:2 Switch solution did not cause any damage to the product packaging or print like a fixed flow can. The action of the divert is aggressive, which allowed to do the divert in a short distance.
